A. 2009 RG Marty Meighen, Misty Richmond
1. Use of Paypal for Registrations - Helpful for Registrants, but we should (sugg’d. by Rick) check with Chicago, who has been doing it for years
B. LocSec – Rick Magnus
1. Membership - counts seem to be OK, but addresses are problematic
2. AML sent out Mind Game results
C. Treasurer – Paulette sent out reports
1. Approve semi-annual report for publication: Moved Magnus, second Charlton to approve the report, vote 6-0-0
2. Receive April report for audit
3. Annual Financial Review – Bob Fitzgerald (no report)D. Membership

3. There were only minor complaints
4. Charlton commended Magnus on his involvement/successF. Testing – six tested at Mind Games

1. purge Lapsed members ? discussion of above; keep on roster 6 months? Moved Plottel – notify via e-mail non-renewed member and keep on roster (6 mos?) before removing; seconded Macneal; Discussion – Vote 5-1-1, passed
2. contact other members to join the Yahoo group? How? Richmond discussed problems and ways to contact members. Perhaps let Nat’l do the mailing.
3 – Charlton discussed financial assistance to members in need
4 – Misty installed Google Analytical to find out who and from where people are hitting our website. Children’s area is very busy.I. Scholarship - Vonderahe is home, judging is done, has been sent to MERF board (awaiting results), possibly first of June
J. Activities
1. Penny U. - roughly 10 people, per Richmond; topic - clothing; next month’s topic - Shelter

3. Tuesday group “dying” (per Charlton); suggestions - drop it or change venue from Willie’s bar area. No decisions.K. Culture Quest – from John Schneder, 2 teams competed, awaiting results

A. Macneal - Scholarships for Super Saturday – they have requested more info from us; should we award based on need or ability or? they will follow our req’mts. Need more info.
B. The CART; previously approved, reimburse for expense.

8/- Party at Peggy’s shoot for 8/82. Special Events: per MacNeal - Susan James (not a member) interested in sending out fund-raising letter for Crohn’s and Colitis. Also wants to host a “Poker Night” at Heidi’s as a fund raiser Discussion: “should be listed/hosted by a member”.
B. To approve spending of $59 on dues subsidy per Verona; vote 6-0
C. Use of Mind Games receipts:
1. Moved Magnus 2nd Charlton - to refund (95%) cancellations received after 4/3/09; vote 6-1
2. No-shows – do nothing
3. Moved Magnus, second Richmond to purchase a membership in “Hell on Wings” /Hell’s M’s for Virginia Plottel for extraordinary hospitality at Mind Games; vote 6-1D. Cart previously approved – pay Paulette $45
E. to give authority to Virginia to lend listed RG supplies to 2009 AG Committee.
