V. Reports
A. 2008 RG – Next RG meeting 6/8/2008, no new registrations, still in need of a truck driver
B. Treasurer – Paulette Wilson – Richard Hildebrand’s audit of CAM financials is clean. Move to accept RH’s review: Reutter 7/0/0 – Approved.
C. Membership – John Cunningham/Rick Magnus – 0 new members, 0 transfers in, 1 transfer out, 5 reinstatements, 1 death shown, 80 lapses. Membership as of 4/30/08: 311. Next test will be held at the Wyoming Library at an unspecified date.
D. Mind Games 2009 – Rick Magnus – 51 Registrations as of 5/15/2008
E. Cincy Mensa Yahoo Group – Misty Richmond – Notices sent to lapsing members regarding loss of access. Misty does not think that removing the access of lapsed members to the Yahoo Group requires Excomm’s approval; Rick Magnus agrees. Should updates be posted to CAM Soapbox? It is not controlled by an active member and is not an official CAM site.
F. Scholarship – Awaiting Results
G. Activities
1. Observatory – 14 attendees. More coordination may be needed regarding food. The $5 door fee was a surprise to some.
2. Scavenger hunt was a success.
H. Mencinnatian – Now being posted to CAM & AML web sites. 31 local members to receive electronic distribution of June Mencinnatian, plus 9 corporate subscriptions.

1. RM would like birthdates added – leave to Misty’s discretion. Electronic directory inherits the same copyright as the print directory.

2. Discussion: Financial Assistance policy – Draft Financial Assistance Policy & Procedure for CAM handout by Rick Magnus. Some feel that the policy is a move in the right direction while others seem to prefer the current system. More discussion needed.
