Committee Members: Bob Charlton, Dave MacGregor, Rick Magnus, C.E. Reutter, John Schneder, Peggy Stapleton, Loc Sec Paulette Wilson. Absent: None. Guests: None.
Call to order at 1720 local.
August meeting minutes approved with comments; M:Magnus, S:Reutter, 6/0/1 (Wilson).
LocSec Report: Material ordered online from National will arrive "postage due". CAM will reimburse.
Membership: 369 members currently in CAM. Patric Leedon will proctor for Mensa Test Day (change from September Minutes).
Treasurer: Treasurer's Report will be posted to Yahoo Group and/or be brought to the November meeting. Andy Freede has not been regularly asking to be reimbursed for Mencinnatian printing; P.Wilson said that this was common when she was Treasurer. September Bank Statement was distributed: September 4 beginning balance was $2236.55; September 21 ending balance was $2604.71; $2 bank fee is still being charged and reversed.
Editor: 410 copies of the Mencinnatian will be printed.
RG 2007: 63 people registered, $2822.42 in the RG account.

Monthly Gathering: 10 November – John Gumm, Channel 12 Weatherman, will be held at Golden Corral on Ridge Road, Cincinnati.
Old Business:
Mind Games 2009 bid: R,Magnus will revisit Drawbridge this week and get a preliminary Hospitality budget from Virginia Plottel. If a bid is financially feasible Rick will have the information ready for the November meeting. A bid is not certain.
Electronic newsletter distribution: No report.
www.EventsInCincinnati.com: No events posted. C.E.Reutter will contact M.Richmond and J.Cunningham to see if they mind their contact information being posted along with Mensa test dates.

Discussion regarding procedures for seating new ExComm at December meeting, voting for LocSec, etc.

9 December – 5:00p at C.E.’s, will be Organizational meeting for incoming ExComm.
